Festival of Trees - A Celebration of Community and Culture on Display November 20, 2019 - January 5, 2020
We are inviting local cultural and heritage organizations to participate in out first annual Festival of Trees at White River Valley Museum. The Festival of Trees encourages us all to catch the holiday spirit, no matter what winter holidays you observe, and to learn about the traditions and cultures that make up the rich tapestry of people that call the South Sound home. The exhibit will feature 15 - 20 artificial trees decorated by community groups just like yours.
Guests who visit the Festival of Trees exhibit will be able to vote for their favorite tree and on December 20th the winning tree will be announced. The winning tree will receive a $500 award to their organization or a 501c3 charity of their choice.
