Midsommar! Vendor Application
Midsommar at the Mary Olson Farm
Saturday, August 8 | 11AM-4PM
Join us this summer at a brand new event! Midsommar at the Mary Olson Farm!
Midsommar is a Scandinavian festival celebrating the summer season. It is celebrated with outdoor gatherings with flowers, food, dancing, music, a midsommar pole! While Midsommar is traditionally held on and around the summer solstice in June, in the Pacific Northwest we know that summer doesn’t really start until we are into July. It is only appropriate to hold our mid-summer event in August!
We are looking for vendors for this event. Scandinavian arts & crafts and imports, non-profit heritage groups, traditional skills demonstrators, dance groups, and music groups.
Booth Information
Booths are uncovered 10’ x 10’ space (activity vendors may be granted additional space). Vendors must supply their own materials (canopies, tables, chairs, signs, etc.) and are responsible for all set-up and take-down. Vendors are required to stay in their assigned space and required to stay for the duration of the event. Electricity is not available for this event. Extra tables and chairs are available to rent for the day.
The Mary Olson Farm does not require a percentage of sales. Vendors keep all of their revenue.
Payment will be collecting via online invoice. Once your application has been approved you will receive an invoice.
No refunds after the early application deadline of June 15, 2026. Prior to the deadline, refund will be given less $1.00.
