The Anti-Saloon League and the Prohibition Party were prominent temperance organizations, along with the Woman’s Christian Temperance Union. All three organizations were willing to accept white supremacists in their ranks or support anti-immigrant policies in exchange for securing support from ex-Confederate temperance supporters.
